Conference "From Imbalanced to Balanced Mobility in the EHEA – Current Challenges and Perspectives for the Future” organized by the DAAD.
The goal of this international Bologna seminar is to provide quantitative trends on imbalanced student and staff mobility flows in the EHEA and to explore their reasons and the obstacles to a greater balance. Furthermore examples of good practice in form of concrete national and institutional initiatives shall be presented. In working groups these examples of good practice shall be discussed concluding in recommendations on how to achieve a more balanced flow among all Bologna signatory countries and their institutions of higher education.
Target groups for the conference include representatives of the Bologna Follow-Up Group and Higher Education Institutions as well as experts from relevant institutions as for example the European Commission, the Academic Cooperation Association (ACA), the European Students' Union (ESU), representatives of National LLP Agencies and Tempus National Contact Points in Bologna signatory countries.
