Work programme 2009-2012
Transnational Mobility in Bachelor and Master Programmes
The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) organized a conference on Transnational Mobility in Bachelor and Master Programmes, in Berlin, 12 October 2009.
DAAD has invited more than 80 participants to take part at the Conference that was held in Berlin on 12 October 2009. Project team decided to send three local experts, one from each of the Project components – recognition, professor Bokan chairperson of the WG for Recognition; quality assurance, professor Dondur member of both WG for the NQF and a member of the CAQA and qualifications framework, professor Stankovic, president of the NCHE and member of the WG for NQF, aiming to increase their knowledge and to better link them with the colleagues from abroad.
At the Conference work was divided into three parts – one focusing mainly on the experience / practice in providing students’ mobility, second on complex issues of using learning outcomes and QFs for curriculum design and serving as impetus for mobility and third focused on the perspectives of mobility. Having in mind that recognition, qualifications framework and quality assurance are inseparably interwoven, and the need to intensify the work of the WGs due to the upcoming closure of the Project, their participation at the Conference was deemed as important.
